The Truth About McDonalds Food

So, you're on your lunch break...you unintentionally wasted too much time in traffic and only have 30 minutes left. Up ahead you see the Golden Arches...

Ahh, the joys of fast food! You can usually order and be on your way within a few minutes. But here's the truth about those cheap menu items:

Quarter Pounder w/Cheese - 510 calories. 25 fat grams. 95 mg Cholesterol.

McChicken - 370 calories. 16 fat grams. 50 mg cholesterol.

Premium Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich - 680 calories. 29 fat grams. 100 mg cholesterol.

Double Cheeseburger - 460 calories. 23 fat grams. 80 mg cholesterol.

Big Mac - 560 calories. 30 fat grams. 80 mg cholesterol.

Medium Fries - 360 calories. 16 fat grams. 0 cholesterol.

Bacon Ranch Salad with Crispy Chicken - 340 calories. 16 fat grams. 70 mg cholesterol. (Dressing not included.)

Ready for dessert?

McFlurry with M&M'S Candies (12 fl oz cup) - 620 calories. 20 fat grams. 55 mg cholesterol.

Chocolate Triple Thick Shake (32 fl oz cup) - 1160 calories. 27 fat grams. 100 mg cholesterol.

Personally, I dont like McDonald's much anymore. Upon researching their nutrition facts, I refuse to eat much of what they offer.

I have alse seen the movie "Supersize Me" and have learned that fast food can kill you if you're not careful with what you eat! That's a very scary reality that I hope not to ever live up to!

You can view the rest of their nutrition facts online at http://www.mcdonalds.com/
