If you live in a flood zone and even if you live in a hundred year or thousand-year flood zone in your area it might be wise to buy a flood pump before the next huge storm. It is silly to think that it can never happen to you.

With proper landscaping around your house and a good flood Pump you can prevent flood damage to your home. Most all homeowners insurance policies do not cover flooding and therefore you are on your own.
