For those who travel, there are portable DVD players. They are very small and light and often come with a carrying case. There is a headphone port that often has 2 jacks so multiple people can listen and watch.

There are also Enhanced definition players, high definition, and progressive scan DVD players. There are many options when it comes to choosing a DVD player.

You will want to check your tv to make sure you have all the proper connections. Know what your tv is capable of before purchasing a DVD player, because you might have to get some extra equipment. When you bring your DVD player you are going to want to set it up and start enjoying your movies, not running back to the store getting new equipment.
